On Friday December 5th, the DFM357 Experimental Food lab held their Tasting day! All semester students have been testing and retesting experimental recipes as part of their final assignment for the class. We had everything from middle eastern desserts, to Spanish specialties, to cricket flour cookies! All their hard work came down to this final tasting held for friends, family, and the public. It was an amazing turn out, and so much fun! For those of you who have not taken the class yet, check out what you're in for!
